What Our Clients Say About Us

“We are absolutely delighted with our home office. Thank you for your design expertise and please also thank Colin, your fitter, who is a true craftsman. The project from planning to installation was completed very efficiently. We are very pleased we used Lime Designs and not one of the high street fitted furniture chains; we feel you have provided a higher quality, bespoke product at a similar price.  We would not hesitate to recommend your company.”

“Wow!” is the first comment that we receive from visitors to our new kitchen.  The “wow factor” is down, at the most part, to Kenny in the time and care taken by him to listen to our needs and wishes and design us a kitchen that fits both our family and pets needs.

We have waited many years to have a new kitchen installed and Lime Designs have been amazing.  We visited three “competitors” before Lime Designs and yes, their kitchens (depending on what range you chose – and there are lots to chose from!) are slightly more expensive, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.  Our kitchen cupboards come with the added peace of mind of a 10 year guarantee and we have to say, the cupboards are very well made and look great.

Nothing is too much trouble for either Kenny or Ben and we cannot recommend them highly enough.  They have been with us from day one of the planning stage and have seen our project through to the very end.  We have already recommended them to some friends of ours and they too are very impressed with the level of service they have received and, as a result, will be having their kitchen fitted by Lime Designs later on this year.”

“Being dissatisfied with the level of service I had from a well known kitchen retailer, a friend introduced me to Ben at Lime Designs in Dorking.

What I got from Ben was a very individual service and not just a ‘one size fits all’ approach which you tend to get from a High Street brand.

The experience of buying a kitchen at Lime Designs right  from stepping into the showroom through to choosing, purchasing, installation and after sales service was monitored with care and attention to detail right the way through. EVERY step was checked for customer satisfaction . This is what sets Lime Designs apart from the bigger high street names.

Lime designs doors and cabinets are very well crafted and it shows in the overall finished product, a wide choice of beautiful colours and designs . The installation was very smooth from Bens team of fitters (efficient , professional , polite ) . All my after sales queries were answered fully and swiftly and very importantly Ben is able to operate on such a high level whilst keeping his prices very competitive with the high street.

I’m constantly being complemented on the kitchen , from ‘wow’ to ‘who did your kitchen, it’s gorgeous’. I am very satisfied with the result and really am glad I went to Lime Designs.”

“I am so lucky to have been Ben and Kenny’s first customer!
From start to finish, their excellent and professional service has been second to none.  Their genuinely friendly and helpful approach makes buying a kitchen a really good experience.
They both have a wealth of knowledge and a wide range of resources to choose from. They’ve been great in guiding me through the process, and being on the end of the phone to answer questions.
I’m so pleased with the quality of the kitchen I’ve chosen – it looks amazing and it works so well in its space.  I can’t recommend Lime Designs highly enough”.
